Eric Nesse,
Regent Winter Park Development Head

Eric Nesse is a seasoned condominium and hotel development/construction professional. An architect by training, Mr. Nesse worked with the esteemed Tish family from 1995 - 1999 with project responsibilities for the development of the 800-room, $150 million luxury Loews Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel and the 2,500-room, $560 million Universal Studios Escape Resort. From 1999 - 2000, Mr. Nesse developed luxury condominium/townhouse communities and hotels in Florida, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania with Turnberry Associates. Most recently he served as Project Executive for DACRA Development in the development of Aqua on Allison Island, a $160 million luxury waterfront community.

Mr. Nesse holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University.
