Regent Winter Park Development Head Appointed

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (February 26, 2003) – IAG Florida, Inc., a prominent commercial real estate development and brokerage firm based in Ft. Lauderdale is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Eric Nesse as Vice President Development for the Regent Winter Park Project. Mr. Nesse replaces Mr. Jim Lawson, who is pursuing other objectives. Mr. Nesse will be based out of IAG Florida’s Fort Lauderdale office when not on site in Winter Park.

Mr. Nesse is a seasoned condominium and hotel development/construction professional. An architect by training, Mr. Nesse has worked with the esteemed Tish family in the construction of the Loews Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel, with Turnberry Associates, and also with DACRA Development in the construction of a luxury condominium/townhouse community in South Florida.
