Portside
Yachting Center sits on the most famous street in the
mega-yacht world – the17th Street Causeway - overlooking
one of the largest seaports in America and the entrance
to Fort Lauderdale. Portside offers 80,000 square feet of space to discriminating commercial
and retail tenants, seeking one of the most prestigious addresses in Southeast Florida.

IAG Florida partnered with two established local real estate investors and developers to purchase
this uniquely located project. The partnership purchased the empty building in July, 2003 completing
a full-scale redevelopment and renovation of the building in fall, 2004.
Tenant occupancy commenced August, 2004. World renowned International
Yacht Collection is the building’s lead tenant, utilizing over 10,000
sf of space. Joining them are such prestigious organizations as Yachts
International Magazine, the industry’s foremost publication, and Heesen
Yachts, Dutch based manufactures of superlative mega-yachts.
Opening January, 2005 will be Nikki and Jack Fish, the newest restaurant
creation of acclaimed restaurant owner and operator Jack Jackson.
